Es weichen die Nebel,
Es flieht das Leid. 

Aus schwarzen Wolken
Nach tiefer Nacht
Da leuchtet die Sonne
In doppelter Pracht.

So blüht auch Liebe
In neuem Licht;
Drum laß das Klagen
Und weine nicht!

Ich sing' in Schlummer
Dich leis' und fein,
Mit meinen Strahlen
Wieg' ich dich ein.
