by Aleksey Vasil'yevich Kol'tsov (1808 - 1842)

Voennaja pesnja
Language: Russian (Русский)
(Posvjaščena knjazju P. A. Vjazemskomu)

Zatrubili truby brannye,
Sobralasja rat' mogučaja,
Stala grud'ju protiv nedruga —
Za carja, za krov, za rodinu.

Ty prosti teper', otec i mat',
Ty prosti teper', moj milyj drug,
Ty prosti teper', i step' i les,
Dorogaja žizn', ves' belyj svet!

Gej, tovarišč moj, železnyj štyk!
Posluži ž ty mne po-staromu:
Kak služil ty pri Suvorove
Silaču-otcu, dedu-voinu.

Gej, sestra, ty sablja ostraja!
Popiruem my u nedruga,
Poguljaem, s nim potešimsja,
Vyp'em bragi busurmanskija!..

Už kogda mne, dobru molodcu,
Prisudil Bog složit' golovu, —
Ne na zemlju ž ja složu eë!
A složit' složu — na grudu tel…

Truba brannaja, voennaja!
Čto molčiš'? Trubi, daj volju mne:
V grudi serdce bogatyrskoe
Zakipelo, raschodilosja!
