I ljubvi k miru zla i skorbej V mojom serdce izmuchennom net!.. Grustno junost' pobleknet, umrjot Bez uchast'ja i laski ljudskoj… Skoro l' tjazhkoje bremja spadjot, Il' zemlja mne darujet pokoj?.. Mrachen zhizni mojej nebosklon… Mne doroga vperjod ne jasna… Lish' chernejet vdali Akheron, — I na njom ja ne vizhu chelna!
