by Konstantin Dmitrevich Bal'mont (1867 - 1942)

Belladonna
Language: Russian (Русский)
Sčast'e duši utomlënnoj —
   ‎Tol'ko v odnom:
Byt' kak cvetok polusonnyj
V bleske i šume dnevnom,
Vnutrennim svetom svetit'sja,
Vsë pozabyt', i zabyt'sja,
Ticho, no žadno upit'sja
‎ Tajuščim snom.

Sčast'e nočnoj belladonny —
   ‎Laskoj ubit'.
Vzory eë polusonny,
Ljubo ej den' pozabyt',
Svetom Luny rascvečat'sja,
Serdcem s Lunoju vstrečat'sja,
Ticho pod vetrom kačat'sja,
   ‎V smerti ljubit'.

Drug moj, my oba ustali.
   ‎Radost' moja!
Radosti net bez pečali,
Meždu cvetami — zmeja.
Kto že s dušoj utomlënnoj,
Vspychnet mečtoj polusonnoj
Kto rascvetët belladonnoj, —
‎ Ty ili ja?
