Stam’lend slechts klinkt hier op aarde het lied van wie de pracht van Gods glorie beziet: Glorie zij God in den hoge! Glorie, glorie zij God in den hoge! zingt ook het sterrenkoor ’s nachts met ons mee. Glorie, glorie zij God in den hoge! fluist’ren de wolken en buldert de zee. Jub’lende leden van ’t eeuwigheidskoor, brengt met gejuich weer uw lied ten gehoor: Glorie zij God in den hoge!
