С улыбкой посылал ей жгучие лобзанья.

А день, как бы ещё не доверяя,
Осуществлению своих заветных грёз,
Спускался на землю, с улыбкой утирая
Блестевшие вокруг ряды алмазных слёз...

Et, enlaçant le ciel, elle rougit de sa confidence,
Et un rayon de soleil, illuminant la nature,
Avec un sourire lui envoya un baiser brûlant.

Et le jour, comme s'il doutait encore
De la réalisation de son rêve le plus cher,
Descendait sur la terre, et avec un sourire sécha
Ses larmes qui brillaient comme des rangs de diamants.
