Oὔ moi melei tὰ Gygeō toῦ Sardiōn ἄnaktos, oὐd᾽ eἷle pō me zῆlos, oὐdὲ phthonῶ tyrannois. ἐmoὶ melei myroisin katabrechein ὑpēnēn, ἐmoὶ melei ῥodoisin katastephein karēna· tὸ sēmeron melei moi, tὸ d᾽ aὔrion tis oἶden? ὡs oὖn ἔt᾽ eὔdi᾽ ἔstin, kaὶ pῖne kaὶ kybeue kaὶ spende tῶi Lyaiōi, mὴ noῦsos ἤn tis ἔlthēi legēi se mēdὲ pinein.
