C'était le soir, les blés se balançaient doucement,

Je suis l'enfant du péché.

Ma mère m'a souvent décrit
Le soleil de cette soirée,
Ses lèvres disaient :«  j'ai fauté. »
Ses yeux riaient de volupté.

Un enfant du péché, un enfant Stuart
