Jucunda vox Eccesiae
Language: Latin
Our translations:  ENG SPA
Jucunda vox Eccesiae
Agustini memoriam
exaltet cum laetitia
ad magnam Dei gloriam.
O pontifex sanctissime,
lumen doctorum,
decus Ecclesiae,
amator divi amoris,
speculum devotionis,
quam admirabile est nomen tuum
in universa terra.
Propter ea,
ille satis non te laudant
qui te dicunt Augustinum,
sed verius te predicat augustissimum.
Toto resonet in orbe
suavi melodia,
Augustini confesoris
laudes et proeconia,
qui triunphat coronatus
immortali gloria.

Gozosa la voz de la Iglesia
Language: Spanish (Español)  after the Latin
Gozosa la voz de la Iglesia
la memoria de Agustín
exalte con alegría
para mayor gloria de Dios.
Oh santísimo pontífice
luz de los doctores,
honor de la Iglesia,
amante del divino amor,
modelo de la devoción,
cuán admirable es tu nombre
en toda la tierra.
Por lo tanto,
no te alaban lo suficiente
los que te dicen Augustinum (Agustín),
sino quien te llama augustísimo.
Resuene en todo el orbe
suave melodía,
de Agustín el confesor
en alabanza y encomio,
que triunfa coronado
de inmortal gloria.
