Nun blüh ich hin in süßen Tänzen
Und muß mein Leid mit Blumen kränzen!
So will's dein tiefster Sinn, o Nacht!

Ich bin die Harfe in deinem Schoß,
Nun ringt um meine letzten Schmerzen
Dein dunkles Lied in meinem Herzen
Und macht mich ewig, wesenlos.
