Ah, elle a encore autre chose de rond, Qu'aucun œil ne se lasse de voir ! Et si j'ai la permission de l'enlacer Pour une joyeuse danse allemande, C'est tourbillonnant, c'est excitant, Je me sens alors pleinement vivre. Et si elle est prise de vertiges et de suées, Je la berce aussitôt ; Contre ma poitrine, dans mes bras, C'est pour moi un royaume.
