in die vollendete Nacht hinaus:
o wie sich sternegemäß die gedrängten Gefühle verteilen,
so als bände man auf,
einen Bauernstrauß:

Jugend der leichten und neigendes Schwanken der schweren
und der zärtlichen zögernder Bug -.
Überall Lust zu Bezug und nirgends Begehren;
Welt zu viel und Erde genug.

et je regarde la nuit épanouie :
O comme les sentiments exacerbés s'éparpillent à la manière des étoiles,
comme si on désassemblait
un bouquet de fleurs des champs:

jeunesse de ceux qui ne sont pas pesants ; fluctuations pessimistes de ceux qui le sont ;
souplesse des tendres indécis--.
Partout plaisir fusionnel ; nulle part d'envie ;
l'univers c'est trop ; la terre suffit.
