Que no és aquí;
El marduix és per a la meva ànima
Tra-la-la!

El lligabosc és per a la bella
Que no sap què decidir.
Quan anirem a collir els mirtils
Lanturlu.*

Però que creixi a la tomba,
Oh, boja! Oh, boig!
El romaní en mates fosques
Laïtou.**

*La paraula "lanturlu" prové del francès, on s'utilitza principalment en l'expressió "répondre lanturlu" (respondre amb evasives o donar una resposta sense sentit). ** És una expressió onomatopeica que s'utilitza en algunes cançons populars per marcar el ritme o com a refrany informal
