عطری را که بهار می‌پراکند؟
در جان خود نمی‌شنوی
طنین تازه‌ی آوایی دلفریب را؟
آوریل است! موسم عشق فرا رسیده است!
پس ای محبوب من،
به گلزار بیا!

بر بنفشه ها قدم خواهی گذاشت،
گل های سرخ و آبی رنگ بر سینه ات خواهی نهاد،
و پروانه های سپید
گرداگرد گیسوان سیاهت به پرواز در خواهند آمد.
آوریل است! موسم عشق فرا رسیده است!
