Sakta tala till en annan detta:
Se, hon kommer, se, se, den blyga fliekan kommer redan;
Inom några stunder sitter jag
På hennes rosen låppar,
Och hon bär mig troget hela dagen,
Näns ej smaku på ett enda smultron,
Att ej blanda mig med smultron saften,
Näns ej dricka ur den klara källan,
Att ej krossa mig mot glasets bräddar,
Näns ej hviska ens ett ord om kärlek,
Att ej fläkta mig från rosen läppen.

Dire tranquillement à un autre ceci :
"Regarde, elle arrive, regarde, regarde, déjà la jeune fille timide arrive ;
Dans quelques instants je serai assis
Sur ses lèvres roses.
Et elle me portera fidèlement tout le jour,
N'osant pas goûter une seule fraise des bois,
Pour ne pas me mélanger avec son jus,
N'osant pas boire à la claire fontaine,
Pour ne pas m'écraser sur le bord du verre,
N'osant pas murmurer un seul mot d'amour,
Pour ne pas me souffler de ces lèvres roses."
