Ils traversent le firmament, Qui semble un chœur plein de lumières, Où s’étageraient des verrières Lumineuses obscurément. Si bien que ces nuits remuées Mirent au fond de marais noirs, Comme en de colossaux miroirs, La messe blanche des nuées.

Velikému ku měsíci, jenž plá jako zelená celá zlatá paténa, mraky jdou jak obětníci. Oblohou ty zvolna spějí, jež jak chór, jenž světly plá, malovaná skla kde mdlá šerem podivně se skvějí. A v té noci černých mraků zrcadlí se v močálech v obrovských jak zrcadlech bílá duše těchto mraků.
