»Меня сорвал он в час разлуки 
с её груди, когда она
при блеске свеч в гробу лежала, 
ка изваянье, холодна.«

Уныло две поблекших розы, 
горюя, на песке лежат,
и тихо, тихо догорает 
на бледных листьях их закат.
