Hinauf, hinauf schwingt sich der Glocke Herr, durch Schlag and Schlag befreit vom Erz! Du Menschenseele, zitternd unter Schlägen, ich nehm' dich mit auf Adlerswegen hinauf! Ehre sei Gott in der Höhe!

Ylös, ylös kohoaa kellon henki vapautuen lyönti lyönniltä malmin kahleista! Sinä ihmissielu, joka vapiset lyönnit kuullessasi, minä vien sinut ylös kuin kotkan siivillä! Kunnia Jumalalle korkeuksissa!
