Puisque j'ai mis ma lèvre
 (Sung text for setting by R. Hahn)
 See original
Language: French (Français)
Our translations:  CAT ENG RUS
Puisque j'ai mis ma lèvre à ta coupe encore pleine;
Puisque j'ai sur ton front posé mon front pâli;
De ton âme, parfum dans l'ombre enseveli;

Puisqu'il me fut donné de t'entendre me dire
Les mots où se répand le coeur mystérieux;
Puisque j'ai vu pleurer, puisque j'ai vu sourire
Ta bouche sur ma bouche et tes yeux sur mes yeux;

 ...

Allez-vous-en avec vos fleurs toutes fanées;

Puix que he posat els meus llavis
 (Sung text translation for setting by R. Hahn)
 See original
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the French (Français)
Puix que he posat els meus llavis a la teva copa plena;
puix que a les teves mans he posat el meu front empal·lidit;
de la teva ànima, perfum enterrat dins l’ombra;

puix que em fou donat de sentir-te dir-me
els mots on es difon el cor misteriós;
puix que he vist plorar, puix que he vist somriure
la teva boca a la meva i els teus ulls als meus ulls;

 ...

-- Passeu! Seguiu passant! Ja no haig d’envellir!
Aneu-vos-en amb les vostres flors totes marcides;

del vas on m’abeuro i que jo he ben omplert.
