Blühende Fluren,
Schimmernde Städte,
Dreyer Könige
Glückliche Länder
Schau' ich begeistert,

Auch meines Vaterlands
Gränze erblick' ich,
Wo mich das Leben

de somptueuses aspirations,
Partout l'éclat du soleil !

Des champs en fleurs, 
des villes scintillantes,
Les terres heureuses 
de trois rois
Sont vues de mes yeux enivrés, 
je regarde avec un grand
Plaisir intérieur.

Je vois aussi les frontières 
de ma patrie,

Note : Le Riesenkoppe (montagne des géants) est maintenant à la frontière de la Pologne et de la république tchèque. Son nom est Sněžka en tchèque, Śnieżka en polonais.
