Viel Blumen, schön und fein, 
Viel Kränze wohl draus wind' ich
Und tausend Gedanken bind' ich
Und Grüße mit darein.

Dir darf ich keinen reichen,
Du bist so hoch und schön,

In veld en bos en dal,
Op hellingen, in landouwen;
O mooie, eed'le vrouwe,
Ik groet je duizend maal.

In deze tuin hier vind ik
Veel bloemen, mooi en fijn,
Veel kransen daarvan wind ik
En duizend gedachten bind ik
Tot groet- en bloemfestijn.

Haar mag ik er geen reiken,
Zij is te hoog en mooi;
Hun tijd zal hier gauw verstrijken;
Aan liefde zonder gelijke
Blijft eeuwig mijn hart ten prooi.
