El mio moroso m'à invidato a cena, E nol gaveva casa da menarme. Ghe manca 'l fogo e ghe manca la legna, Ghe manca la pignata da tacare. Ghe manca 'l caratèlo del vin bon, E nol gavea bocal da travasarlo. Curta la tola e streta la tovagia, El pan xe duro e 'l cortelo no tagia.
