Jeg skal ej for dig skygge din Stjernehimmels Hvælv.
Vel tabte jeg min Lykke; men du har tabt dig selv!

Les honneurs peuvent-ils bien valoir la tendre fidélité d'un cœur !
Maintenant  mon amour, tu as tout, sauf la sérénité du cœur !
