Tanz der Zicklein
Language: German (Deutsch)  after the Norwegian (Nynorsk)
Hoi, hipp und hoppe
und tipp und toppe
an diesem Tag;
Hoi, schnipp und schnappe
und tripp und trappe -
auf einen Schlag.
Ein Herzen und Scherzen,
ein Zwitschern und Glitzern
am sonn’gen Hang,
ein spielerisch’ Eilen,
ein ruhig’ Verweilen
Sonnentag lang.

Ein Knuff in den Nacken,
an den Händen sich packen,
alle auf Zeh’n;
im Kreis herum springen,
sich drehen und schwingen
und hüpfen ist schön.
Ein Narren und Necken,
sich recken und strecken,
am sonn’gen Hang,
Ein Flimmern und Glimmern,
ein Blitzen und Glitzern
am Bach entlang.

Hoi, trippetrapptröppel,
einen Puff an das Köppel
gibt es gleich, ja!
Nicht, dass ich mich spute,
ein Kuss auf die Schnute
folgt sogleich: Da!
Ein Ringel-und-Reihen,
zu dreien, zu zweien,
tripptrapp auf Zeh’n,
auf trippelnden Zehen
im Kreise sich drehen,
ein heisa und hopsa,
und tralala.
