Aa nupp i Nakken, og stup i Bakken og tipp paa Taa; aa rekk i Ringen og svipp i Svingen og hopp-i-haa. Am Ohre zwackt ihn, im Nacken packt ihn mit derbem Schlag! Im Tanz euch schwinget und hüpft und springet den ganzen Tag. Am Himmel glüht die Sonn', am Himmel sprüht die Sonn' und ringsum schallfs im Land und ringsum hallfs im Land. Und Windessausen und Bachesbrausen das Leid verjagt. Aus lauter Liebe es hagelt Hiebe so nebenbei. Und drauf ein Weilchen ein Kuss aufs Mäulchen der steht dir frei: Und ringsum Glück und Glanz und ringsum Tück' und Tanz, es hüpft im Takt der Puss, es haut und hackt der Fuss, Huna und heissa, Huna und hopsa, Huna Tra-la-la!
