Von deiner tiefen, tiefen Lust:
Im Wiesensang verstummt die Brust,

Jours d'été

De sa main bénie des couronnes d'étoiles
Au-dessus d'une terre de voyageurs et de merveilles.
Ô mon cœur, que peut en ces jours
Dire ton chant si brillant de voyageur
De ton plaisir profond, profond ?
Dans le chant des prés le cœur se tait,
Maintenant il n'y a pas de mot, et et des images, l'une après l'autre,
Te visitent et te remplissent complètement.
