de quibus praeceperas ne intrarent in ecclesiam tuam.
11 CAPH - Omnis populus eius gemens et quaerens panem. 
Dederunt pretiosa quaeque pro cibo ad refocilandam animam. 
Vide Domine et considera quoniam facta sum vilis.
12 LAMED - O vos omnes qui transitis per viam attendite 
et videte si est dolor sicut dolor meus. 
Quoniam vindemiavit me ut locutus est Dominus 
in die irae furoris sui.
13 MEM - De excelso misit ignem in ossibus meis et erudivit me. 
Expandit rete pedibus meis, convertit me retrorsum, 
posuit me desolatam, tota die maerore confectam.
14 NUN - Vigilavit iugum iniquitatum mearum, 
in manu eius convolutae sunt et inpositae collo meo. 
Infirmata est virtus mea, dedit me Dominus 
in manu de qua non potero surgere.

El enemigo tomó todo lo que era valioso, 
pues vio entrar a su santuario a gentes que 
mandaste que no entrasen a tu congregación. 
Su pueblo gime y busca pan. 
Han dado tesoros a cambio de cualquier alimento para recobrar las fuerzas. 
¡Mira, Señor, y considera cómo he sido envilecida!.
Vosotros, los que pasáis por el camino, 
mirad y ved si hay un dolor comparable a mi dolor. 
Porque me despojó el Señor, 
y se pronunció contra mí en el día de ira de su furor. 
De lo alto envió fuego a mis huesos para castigarme. 
Tendió una red a mis pies, me hizo caer hacia atrás, 
y me ha dejado desolada y llena de pesadumbre.
Ha hecho un yugo de mis iniquidades, 
anudadas por su mano y puestas sobre mi cuello. 
Me ha quitado la fuerza y me entregó el Señor 
en unas manos que las que no podré librarme.
¡Jerusalén, vuélvete al Señor tu Dios!
