Z wiatrem, z wiatrem! niech drżą wrogi,
Krwawy stoczym bój!
Raźni, zdrowi wrócim z drogi,
Z wiatrem, koniu mój!

Tak, tak, dobrze! na zawody!
Jeśli polec mam!
Koniu, sam, do tej zagrody,
Wolny wróć tu sam!

Słyszę jeszcze sióstr wołanie,
Zwróć się koniu, stój!
Nie chcesz? Lećże, niech się stanie!
Leć na krwawy bój!

Avec le vent, avec le vent ! Que l'ennemi tremble, 
La bataille sanglante est là !
C'est clair, nous reviendrons victorieux,
Avec le vent, mon cheval !

Oui, oui, très bien ! Au combat !
Si je meurs...
Mon cheval, seul, retourne à la ferme,
Libre et seul.

Je peux encore entendre le cri de mes sœurs,
Demande à ton cheval, arrête !
Tu ne veux pas ? Alors, qu'il en soit ainsi !
Vole vers la bataille sanglante !
