Den, der sein Vaterland verkent!

Erköhre mir kein ander Land
Zum Vaterland,
Wär mir auch frey die große Wahl!

Mein hohes Auge blickt auch Spott,
Blickt Spott auf den,
Der Säumens macht bey dieser Wahl.
