without saying ... among the dark flowers:
We walked like fiancés,
the two of us, in the green night of the meadows;
we shared that enchanted fruit,
the moon, a friend to crazy folk,
and then we died on the moss,
far off, just us in the gentle shade
of that intimate murmuring wood;
and up there, in the boundless light,
we found one another and wept,
