Und einsam steht ein Jüngling noch
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT FRE ITA SPA
Tenor-Solo
Und einsam steht ein Jüngling noch,
Es fließt sein Blut aus manchen Wunden,
Er beugt den Nacken nicht ins Joch,
 Ein Leu, umstellt von Waidmannshunden.
Schon hat sein Schwert im Feindesschwarm
 Mit blut'gen Lettern es geschrieben,
Daß ungebeugt ihm Herz und Arm,
Ein Pfeil nur ist ihm übrig blieben.

Chor der Eroberer
Gazna lebe, es lebe der mächtige Fürst!

Gazna
Komm, kühner Held, und huld'ge mir,
Willst du umsonst dein Blut verspritzen?
Dein eitles Kämpfen kann nichts nützen,
 Komm, dein Leben schenk'ich dir!

Der Jüngling
 Du schlugst des Landes Bürger,
 Du meiner Brüder Würger
 Dir diesen letzten Pfeil!

Gazna
 Das sollst du büßen!

I tot sol, resta encara dempeus un jovencell
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Tenor solo:
I tot sol, resta encara dempeus un jovencell,
la sang se li escola de les moltes ferides,
sense vinclar el cap sota el jou,
com un lleó rodejat de gossos de caça.
A l’host enemiga la seva espasa
ja ha escrit amb lletres de sang
que el seu cor i el seu braç són indoblegables,
i tan sols li resta una fletxa.

Cor dels conqueridors:
Visca Gazna, visca el poderós príncep!

Gazna:
Vine, intrèpid heroi, i ret-me homenatge,
per què vols fer vessar en va la teva sang?
El teu inútil combat no serveix de res,
vine, et perdono la vida!

El jovencell:
Has anorreat els habitants del meu país,
tu, botxí dels meus germans,
aquesta darrera fletxa és per a tu!

Gazna:
Això ho pagaràs car!
