by Fyodor Kuzmych Teternikov (1863 - 1927), as Fyodor Sologub

Kolybel'naja = Lullaby
Language: Russian (Русский)
Ja ne znaju bol'she pesen, znaju pesenku odnu,
Ja spoju jejo mladencu, otkhodjashchemu ko snu.

Angel sjadet k izgolovn'ju, ulvbajas' shalunu,
Skazki tikhije rasskazhet otkhodjashchemu ko snu.
On pro zvjozdochki rasskazhet, on rasskazhet pro lunu,
Pro cvety v raju nebesnom, pro nebesnuju vesnu.
Promolchit pro tekh, kto plachet, kto tomitsja v polonu,
Kto zakovan, zagarovan, kto vljubilsja v tishinu.
Kto tomitsja ne lozhitsja, dolgo smotrit na lunu,
Tikho sidja u okoshka, dolgo smotrit v vyshinu. –
Tot poniknet, i ne kriknet, i ne piknet,
I poniknet v glubinu,
I na rechke s legkim pleskom krug za krugom
Probezhit volna v volnu.

Ja ne znaju bol'she pesen, znaju pesenku odnu,
Ja spoju jejo mladencu, otkhodjashchemu ko snu.
