Ja muža smelo pod ruku vzjala,
Pust' ja stara, i star moj kavaler.
Ego s soboj v teatr povela,
I vzjali dva bileta my v parter.

Do pozdnej noči s mužem sidja tam,
Vsë predavalis' radostnym mečtam, -
Kakimi blagami okružena
Evrejskogo sapožnika žena.

I vsej strane choču povedat' ja,
Pro radostnyj i svetlyj žrebij moj:
Vračami, naši stali synov'ja -
Zvezda gorit nad našej golovoj!
