Der Falke
Language: German (Deutsch)  after the Serbian (Српски)
Our translations:  CAT DUT ENG FRE
Hebt ein Falke sich empor,
wiegt die Schwingen stolz und breit,
fliegt empor, dann rechtshin weit,
bis er schaut der Veste Tor.

An dem Tor ein Mädchen sitzt,
wäscht ihr weißes Angesicht,
Schnee der Berge glänzet nicht,
wie ihr weißer Nacken glitzt.

Wie es wäscht und wie es sitzt,
hebt es auf die schwarzen Brau'n,
und kein Nachtstern ist zu schau'n,
wie ihr schwarzes Auge blitzt.

Spricht der Falke aus den Höhn:
"O du Mädchen wunderschön!
Wasche nicht die Wange dein,
daß sie schneeig glänze nicht!

Hebe nicht die Braue fein,
daß dein Auge blitze nicht!
Hüll den weißen Nacken ein,
daß mir nicht das Herze bricht!"

El falcó
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Un falcó s’enlaira cap al cel,
superb batega les ales amplament,
vola amunt, després gira de cop a la dreta
fins que veu la porta de Vesta.

A la porta seu una donzella
netejant el seu blanc rostre,
la neu de la muntanya no brilla pas tant
com llueix el seu blanc coll.

Tot netejant-se i asseguda,
ella aixeca les seves negres celles,
i no es veu cap estrella de la nit
que llueixi tant com els seus ulls negres.

Des de l’alçària, el falcó li diu:
“Oh tu, donzella meravellosa!
No netegis les teves galtes,
deixa que brillin com la neu!

No aixequis les teves delicades celles,
deixa que llueixin els teus ulls!
Cobreix el teu blanc coll
perquè no se’m parteixi el cor!”
