a giorno chiaro l'ho visto bello, davanti a me:
un prato pieno di margherite,
in fondo una casa bianca fra piante verdi;
simulacri di dei si vedevano tra il fogliame.
Ed io vado con una, che mi vuole bene,
con animo tranquillo nel fresco
di questa casa bianca, nella pace,
che piena di bellezza attende che noi veniamo.
