El cant de lloança dels ocells ressona per a tu; tota la fageda, a la vall de les flors, és una sonoritat d’argent, i allí hi mormolen els rierols. Les flors són vermelles, blanques i blaves, i les donzelles les cullen i dansen a les verdes prades: Ahi, senyor maig, ahi!
