Solnce i mesjac
Language: Russian (Русский)
Noč'ju v kolybel' mladenca
Mesjac luč svoj zaronil.
«Otčego tak svetit Mesjac?«
Robko on [menja]1 sprosil.

[V]1 den'-den'skoj ustalo Solnce
I skazal emu Gospod':
«Ljag, [zasni]2, i za toboju
Vse zadremlet, vse zasnët.»

I vzmolilos' Solnce bratu:
«Brat moj, Mecjac zolotoj,
Ty zažgi fonar' -- i noč'ju
Obojdi [ty kraj zemnoj]1.

Kto tam molitsja, kto plačet,
Kto mešaet ljudjam spat',
Vse razvedaj -- i poutru
Prichodi i daj mne znat'.»

Solnce spit, a Mesjac chodit,
Storožit zemnoj pokoj.
Zavtra ž rano-rano k bratu
Postučitsja brat men'šoj.

Stuk-stuk-stuk! -- Otvorjat dveri.
«Solnce, vstan' -- grači letjat,
Petuchi davno propeli --
I k zautreni zvonjat.»

Solnce vstanet, Solnce sprosit:
«Čto, golubčik, bratec moj,
Kak tebja gospod'-bog nosit?
Čto ty bleden? čto s toboj?»

I načnët rasskaz svoj Mesjac
Kto i kak sebja vedët.
Esli noč' byla spokojna,
Solnce veselo vzojdët.

Esli ž net -- vzojdët v tumane,
Veter dunet, dožd' pojdët,
V sad guljat' ne vyjdët njanja
I ditja ne povedët.
