Io la osservo con desiderio e ansia, e non riesco a guardare altrove, La grazia che nei suoi occhi si desta e ride sul suo giovane viso continua ad attirare il mio sguardo che in ceppi dorati è ormai preso. Più rapido corre il mio sangue; per un suo bacio io tremo e ardo; la cerco con disperato sguardo, per l'impazienza mi sento soffocare, perché con desiderio la guardo ma non la posso abbracciare.
