Ballada
Language: Russian (Русский)
Our translations:  FRE
On smert' našël v kraju čužom, v kraju
 čužom, v boju s vragom,
no vrag druz'jami pobežden, druz'ja likujut, Tol'ko on
na pole bitvy pozabyt, odin ležit.
I meždu tem kak žadnyj vran p'ët krov' ego iz svežich ran
i točit nezakrytyj glaz,
grozivšij smert'ju v smerti čas,
i nasladivšis', p'jan i syt, doloj letit...

Dalëko tam, v kraju rodnom,
mat' kormit syna pod oknom:
,,Agu... agu! ne plač', synok, vernëtsja tjatja! pirožëk
togda na radostjach družku ja ispeku...``
A tot zabyt, odin ležit.
