El bedoll i la donzella

El bedoll amorosament remoreja, voluptat deliciosa al boscatge; tot acariciant-lo, el vent l'escolta, bé ha de remorejar el menut. La donzella sospira penosa i trista, plora i demana amb cara pàl·lida si ell restarà lluny per sempre, aquell que desitja el seu anhel. Quan l'hivern es va atansant, cauen les fulles, una a una, ara tot el verd s'ha esvanit, el bedoll ja no fresseja. I la donzella, puix que l'hivern s'anuncia, sí, la que pensava abans en son amor llunyà, ara, son cor de nou inflamat a un altre el dóna.
