Per què véns durant la nit
a regirar les velles pedres?
I a treure de les tombes
només pols i ossos morts?
Impotent fill del moment
això és el curs dels anys,
deixa reposar, deixa reposar els morts,
amb els teus planys no els faràs pas despertar.
