Ah, potessi, potessi dimenticarla, la sua bella, cara, soave, presenza, lo sguardo, le labbra amiche! Forse vorrei guarire! Ma ahimè, il mio cuore, il mio cuore non potrà mai! E dunque è follia sperarlo! E volare nel dubbio intorno a lei dà coraggio e vita, per non cedere mai! - E poi, come posso dimenticarla, la sua bella, cara, soave, presenza, lo sguardo, le labbra amtche! Molto meglio non guarire mai!
