Heute ist Jesus Christus, der König der Ehre, in den Himmel aufgefahren,

Er herrscht über Himmel und Erde und sitzt zur Rechten des Vaters,
Halleluja!
Nun haben sich alle Gesänge des "Vaters der vielen", Abraham, erfüllt,
Halleluja!
Nun sitzt der Herr mit dem Herrn auf Gottes Thron
in großem Triumph,
Halleluja!
Lasset uns preisen den Herrn und loben die Heilige Dreifaltigkeit
und danken dem Herrn,
Halleluja! Amen.
