Celui qui, enfant doucement bercé, a dormi au rythme des vagues, ne connaît pas les abîmes de la vie, aveuglé qu’il est par de doux fantasmes. Mais celui que les tempêtes emmènent dans une sauvage ronde de fête, celui que le monde menteur abandonne au pire des sombres passages : Celui-là apprend à se montrer courageux, dans la nuit semée d’écueils — Il apprend à tenir la barre avec sûreté et sérieux. Celui-là est de bonne graine, à l’épreuve du plaisir et de la douleur, il a foi en Dieu et ses étoiles, il faut qu’il soit mon timonier !
