Nu så kommer julen!
Language: Swedish (Svenska)
Our translations:  ENG FIN FRE
Nu så kommer julen!
Nu är julen här,
litet mörk och kulen,
men ändå så kär.

Han i salen träder
med så hjärtligt sinn’,
och i högtidskläder
dansa barnen in.

Ljusen och lanternan
glimma högt kring dem,
som den klara stjärnan
över Betlehem.

Brinn, du julens stjärna,
lys min barndomsstig!
O, så gärna, gärna
ser jag upp till dig,

som jag dig förstode,
liten liksom jag
var också den gode
Frälsaren en dag.

Och då sken du redan
på hans krubba klar,
och så sken du redan
allt till våra dar.

O du goda, fromma,
glada juletid!
Du vår vinterblomma,
full av fröjd och frid!

Tusen skalkar gunga
ystra på ditt knä.
Och små änglar sjunga
kring vårt juleträ.

Glatt med dem sig blandar
barnens fröjdeljud.
Alla goda andar
lova Herren God.

Maintenant Noël arrive
Language: French (Français)  after the Swedish (Svenska)
Maintenant Noël arrive !
maintenant Noël est ici,
un peu sombre et maussade
mais toujours aussi cher.

Il entre dans la salle
avec un cœur si sincère,
et dans des vêtements de fête
les enfants dansent.

Les lumières et les lanternes
brillent en haut autour d'eux,
comme l'étoile brillante
au-dessus de Bethléem.

Brûle, étoile de Noël,
éclaire le chemin de mon enfance !
Oh, si volontiers, si volontiers,
je te regarde,

Comme tu me l'as appris,
un peu comme moi
il a été, le bon
Sauveur, un jour.

Et juste comme tu as déjà brillé
avec éclat sur sa crèche,
et ta lumière a brillé depuis toujours
avec éclat sur tous nos jours.

Ô bon, pieux
et joyeux Noël !
Tu es notre fleur d'hiver,
pleine de joie et de paix !

Un millier d'enfants se balancent
et crient d'une voix rauque sur tes genoux.
Et de petits anges chantent
autour de notre arbre de Noël.

Gaiement avec eux se mêle
Le bruit de la joie des enfants.
Toutes les bonnes âmes
louent Dieu, notre Seigneur.
