Воскрешение Лазаря
Language: Russian (Русский)
Available translation(s): ENG
О Царь и Бог мой! Слово силы
Во время оно Ты сказал,
И сокрушен был плен могилы,
И Лазарь ожил и возстал.
Молю да слово силы грянет,
Да скажешь: встань! душе моей,
И мертвая из гроба встанет,
И выйдёт в свет Твоих лучей;
И оживет, и величавый
Её хвалы раздастся глас, Тебе, сиянью
Отчей славы, Тебе умершему за нас!

Resurrection of Lazarus
Language: English  after the Russian (Русский)
Oh my Tsar and Lord! The word of power
You pronounced in ancient time
Crushed the grave's imprisonment
And Lazarus came back to life and has been resurrected.
I pray that word of power will thunder again,
So that You'll say: arise! to my soul,
And the dead one will rise from the grave,
And will appear in the light of Your radiance,
And will live again, and the majestic voice
Of its praise will sound, to You,
To the glory of Your Father, to You – who died for us!
