María, concebirás un Hijo y Cielo y Tierra ansiarán que seas la Madre del Señor. Oh ángel, ¿cómo me puede estar pasando esto a mí? Todavía no me he rendido a ningún hombre en este ancho y vasto mundo. Como el rocío cae sobre los prados floridos, así ha de cubrirte con su sombra el Espíritu Santo. Así ha de nacer el Salvador. María, escuchando tales cosas complacida, dijo: He aquí la esclava del Señor. Hágase en mí según Tu palabra. Los ángeles se hincaron de hinojos. Todos cantaron: ¡María, María! Cantaron alabanzas a María.
