Ist's fertig dann und voll von süßen Dingen, Sollst du es meinem Schatz, o Schwälblein, bringen. Und triffst du ihn zu Tisch beim Essen an, So sag ihm meinen Gruß und Liebeskummer, Und triffst du ihn im Bette schlafend an, Senk' still die Flügel, stör' ihn nicht im Schlummer.
