Ој за гором за зеленом Нешто јасно подврискује, Баш к'о грло ђевојачко. Оде момче да обиђе, Ал' ђевојче савезано Танком жицом ибришима, Пак се моли младу момку: "Одр'јеши ме, млад јуначе, "Ја ћу тебе сеја бити." Момче њојзи одговара: "Имам сеју и код куће." -- "Одр'јеши ме, млад јуначе, "Ја ћу тебе снаша бити." Момче њојзи опет вели: "Имам снашу и код куће." -- "Одр'јеши ме, млад јуначе, "Ја ћу тебе љуба бити." Онда момче њу пољуби, Пољуби је, одр'јеши је, Одведе је б'јелу двору.

[Aber ihr versetzt der Knabe]3: "Hab' 'ne Schwester schon zu Hause!" -- "Bind mich los, du Heldenjüngling, Schwägerin will ich dir sein!" -- [Knabe wiederum entgegnet]3: "Hab' 'ne [Schwägerin]4 zu Hause!" -- "Binde los mich, Heldenjüngling, Liebchen will ich [dir]5 sein!" -- Und es küßte sie der Knabe, Küßte sie, und sie erlösend, Führt' er sie zum [weißen]3 [Hofe]6.
