In der Zeit: Sprach der Herr Jesus zu den Schaaren der Juden:
Mein Fleisch ist wahrhaftig eine Speiß,
[und]1 mein Blut ist wahrhaftig ein Trank.
Wer mein Fleisch [isset]2, und trinket mein Blut,
der bleibt in mir, und ich in ihm.
Wie mich gesandt [hat]1 der lebendige Vater,
und ich lebe um des Vaters willen:
Also, [der]3 mich isset, [derselbige]1 wird auch leben um meinet willen.
Dieses ist das Brod, das vom Himmel [kommen] ist.
Nicht wie eure Väter haben Himmelbrod gegessen, und sind gestorben.

ma chair est véritablement une nourriture,
mon sang est véritablement une boisson !
Celui qui mange ma chair et boit mon sang
il reste en moi et moi en lui.
Comme moi qui suis envoyé par le Père qui est vivant
et qui vis par la volonté du Père,
de même celui qui me mange, vivra aussi par ma volonté.
Voici le pain qui est descendu du ciel.
Pas comme vos pères ont mangé le pain du ciel, et qui sont morts,
Celui qui mangera de ce pain, il vivra pour toujours.
